PANCHKULA, HARYANA—A rape case filed against notorious Sirsa cult chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim has continued to haunt him. Despite his appeals to get the case withdrawn, courts have not given him any relief. The Punjab & Haryana court held a hearing on the rape case on 
July 16. The case was registered in 2002, however the incident dates back to 1999 when Ram Rahim had molested a female follower of the dera.
The case involves two former Sadhvis (female followers) of the dera. In 2002, an anonymous letter was penned by these ladies alleging sexual exploitation of them, and other female followers by Ram Rahim. These letters were sent to then prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the chief justice of Punjab and Haryana high court.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim has continued to question the authenticity of the letter. However, on orders of the High Court, in September 2002, a Sirsa based sessions judge looked into the matter and stated that sexual exploitation at Sirsa dera could not be ruled out. The case was then handed over to the CBI.
Ram Rahim did not appear before his court personally, his legal counsel, SK Garg Narwana contended that his client was being framed under a deliberate plan.
Narwana raised questions over the anonymity of the letter. He told the Court that the duo victims did not write the letter on the basis of which a FIR (First Information Report) was registered against his client. He also said that the medical exam of the duo victims was not performed.
On the basis of an anonymous letter addressed to the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the then Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, the High Court ordered a CBI probe against the Sirsa Cult Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim. A female disciple of Sirsa cult acquainted the Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee about the physical abuses of females in Sirsa cult. Besides several rape cases, Sirsa Cult chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim is facing charges of making hundreds of male disciples impotent on the basis of a formal disciple Hans Raj.

From this whole story i concluded that Baba ram rahim targeted by some agencies which are against of baba’s popularity and humanity works.
The Indian word is ‘fakir’ but the western word ‘faker’ is more appropriate for Ram Rahim.
And the SGPC in its ‘wisdom’ has handed a free pardon to this heretic who is accused of raping women and causing castration of his male followers (the poor deluded fools). I would say Gurmeet Ram Rahim has also committed crimes against fashion but one must not mock the afflicted. Besides you have to admire the way he’s keeping his money making racket going with such poor dress sense. He must be laughing that people are allowing him to get away with this all.
