TARN TARAN SAHIB, Punjab—Activists of Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwala held a meeting at Sri Tarn Taran Sahib under patronage of President Bhai Balwant Singh Gopala. Addressing the meeting, Bhai Gopala said that the SYFB has completed nine years while struggling for Panthik issues. He stated that the federation has been largely successful in motivating the youth to fight against the ill doings of society.
Senior Vice President Bhai Ranjit Singh Damdami Taksal said on this occasion that the federation is committed to working for Panthik unity. Appreciating the struggle of Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa, he said that Sikh community can never repay for the sacrifices made by Bapu Ji for the release of political Sikh prisoners.
District President from Amritsar Bhai Simranjit Singh Mann informed that recruitment of new youth into the body has been commenced. The activists announced to make Bhai Major Singh Kang district president from Sri Tarn Taran Sahib.
