CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Arrested Scottish Sikh youth Jagtar Singh aka Jaggi Johal and Dharminder Singh Gugni has filed a discharge plea in the Mohali based Special CBI Court headed Judge N.S. Gill via Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur in the murder case of Shiv Sena leader Amit Kumar.
It is learnt that the NIA Court has directed the NIA team probing this murder case to file reply by November 4.
Meanwhile, it has come to fore that another arrested Sikh youth Hardeep Singh Shera is suffering of pain in the knee. He has requested the Court for facilitating ailment following which the Tihar Jail’s superintendent has been directed by the Court to treat Shera’s knee pain at the earliest.
