Amid Oxygen Shortage across India, DSGMC Continues Oxygen Langar in Delhi

Amid the ongoing Covid-19 surge in India’s national capital New Delhi and the failure of the Indian government in meeting the oxygen requirement, the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee has taken the initiative to provide free oxygen to the Covid-19 patients facing problem in breathing.

Under this initiative, free oxygen cylinders are being provided to Delhi-based patients to survive the attack of this deadly virus.

Sharing the development with the media, DSGMC president Manjinder Singh Sirsa informed that the DSGMC provides free oxygen cylinders to needy patients at Gurdwara Damdama Sahib situated near Nizamuddin railway station of Delhi.

He further informed that the DSGMC would start a specialized Corona Care Centre at Bhai Lakhi Shah Vanjara Hall situated in the Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib complex on May 2. He added that this Corona Care Centre would have the capacity of 200 beds along with other machines.

It is pertinent to note here that the Gurdwaras and Sikh organizations have emerged as a big ray of hope for the Covid-19 patients amid oxygen shortage across India.

Those, who used to criticize Sikhs under the influence of Godi media’s malicious propaganda, are now hailing Sikhs.
