Tarvinder Kaur Khalsa, who was demanding Sukhbir Badal’s excommunication, now joins SAD (Badal)

NEW DELHI, India—Former DSGMC president Manjit Singh GK faced a shock on October 23 when his party’s prominent ally Bibi Tarvinder Kaur Khalsa joined Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal). Notably, Sikh International Council’s chief Bibi Tarvinder Kaur Khalsa was heading the religious preachment wing of Manjit Singh GK’s newly floated party JAGO (Jag Aasra Guru Ot).

A few days ago, Bibi Tarvinder Kaur Khalsa had submitted a memorandum to Sri Akal Takht Sahib seeking ex-communication of SAD (Badal) president Sukhbir Badal. She had also launched attacks on Delhi based other SAD (Badal) leaders.

Delhi based SAD (Badal) leaders Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Harmeet Singh Kalka have highlighted Bibi Tarvinder Kaur’s entry into SAD (Badal) as a big jolt to Manjit Singh GK’s party JAGO.

Harmeet Singh Kalka has said that Bibi Tarvinder Kaur Khalsa has raised voice for the Panthak issues while calling spade a spade. He has said that Bibi Khalsa will be assigned prominent responsibility in the party.

Bibi Tarvinder Kaur Khalsa has said that she joined SAD (Badal) after the Delhi based SAD (Badal) leaders accepted her suggestion to refrain from making political statements against each other.
