1984 Sikh genocide culprit Mahender Yadav dies of coronavirus in Delhi

NEW DELHI, India—Mahender Yadav, one of the 1984 Sikh genocide culprits, died of coronavirus at Akash Healthcare Hospital in Delhi on July 4. He was tested positive for coronavirus on June 26 after which he was rushed to DDU Hospital.

Mahender Yadav, an Ex-MLA, was serving a 10-year sentence in Delhi’s Mandoli jail after being held guilty in a case pertaining to the 1984 Sikh genocide.

It is pertinent to note here that Mahender Yadav was part of the Hindu mob headed by Sajjan Kumar which was responsible for killing five Sikhs namely Kehar Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Raghuvender Singh, Narender Singh and Kuldeep Singh in Delhi Cantonment’s Raj Nagar area during the 1984 Sikh genocide.

    Karma has delivered some justice for the victims of 1984. This guy, his name doesn’t deserve to be remembered, got away from human justice for too long, but he couldn’t hide from The Almighty. Bole So Nihal, Sat Sri Akal.
