Sharing the development with media, DSGMC president Manjinder Singh Sirsa informed that the DSGMC has been apprised that the Delhi government and NGOs have stopped supply of food and water to extremely poor people after the announcement of Unlock Phase-1’s beginning.

“We have deployed 14 trucks to supply fresh, nutritious and hygienic food, water etc. to the poor people living in the slum area, labor habitation, bus stands, railway stations, rain shelters and roadsides,” he added.

It is learnt that the DSGMC supplied food to the poor people at around 15 places in Delhi.
