:dateline:Sikh activist Manwinder Singh Giaspura is being given death threats for raising voice against the former SHO of Khanna police station Baljinder Singh�s atrocities on three Sikhs. He is being threatened via unknown mobile numbers as well as through internet calls to stop raising voice against SHO Baljinder Singh or get ready to face the consequences.
Sharing the development with media, Manwinder Singh Giaspura informed that an unknown caller threatened him last evening using phone number +918360537002. He used highly objectionable language and said that all of you need to be thrashed every day like SHO Baljinder Singh did.
�The caller straight forwardly passed death threats to me,� he added.
Manwinder Singh Giaspura informed that he has lodged a complaint to the SSP Khanna. He added that a copy of this complaint has also been sent to Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh.
He has also appealed the Punjab wide Sikh masses to lodge a complaint against SHO Baljinder Singh under section 153-A of IPC in every police station of Punjab so that no one could dare in future to humiliate common people in police stations like SHO Baljinder Singh did.
It is noteworthy here that Sikh activist Manwinder Singh Giaspura had recently staged a protest outside Khanna police station seeking action against SHO Baljinder Singh.
Last month, an old video of three Sikhs had surfaced recently in which trio of them were shot standing nude in Khanna�s Sadar Police station. An Amritdhari Sikh Jagpal Singh Jogi was arrested by SHO Baljinder Singh along with his son and a servant in relation to a land dispute in June-2019. This video was shot at the behest of SHO Baljinder Singh with an intention of humiliating these persons.
