21 days isolation must for anyone returning to Punjab

:dateline:Keeping in view the positive coronavirus cases emerging among those returning from other states, the Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh has announced that anyone returning to Punjab will have to undergo isolation for 21 days. Captain Amarinder Singh has taken this step to put control over the spread of Covid-19 in Punjab.

Notably, scores of pilgrims brought back from Takht Sri Hazoor Sahib have been found positive in Tarn Taran and Kapurthala.

So, all the pilgrims returning from Takht Sri Hazoor Sahib will be quarantined for 21 days.

In Tarn Taran, more than one hundred pilgrims have been quarantined in an educational institute situated on Sarhali road.

Meanwhile, Captain has also hinted that certain relaxations can be given in curfew on the basis of report submitted by an expert committee set up to formulate Punjab�s Covid-19 curfew-exit strategy.
