Khalsa Aid provides body suits, masks, sanitizers and fogging machines to Jail Department of Punjab

:dateline:Amid coronavirus pandemic, the international NGO Khalsa Aid has helped the Jail Department of Punjab by donating body suits, masks, sanitizers, thermometers and fogging machines to disinfect the jails as per the directions of health department and Covid-19 protocol.

Sharing the development with media, ADGP Parveen Kumar informed that the Khalsa Aid has provided 920 body suits, 5000 masks, 1650 bottles of sanitizer and 23 I.R. Thermometers for disinfecting the jail premises in Punjab.

�Beside it, the Khalsa Aid has also provided 9 Fogging machines to control the diseases caused by mosquitos,� he added.

Meanwhile, Punjab Jails Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa has thanked Khalsa Aid for helping the department in this need of the hour.
