:dateline:The total count of coronavirus positive cases in Punjab has risen to 308 with surfacing of 6, 3 and 1 new cases in Patiala, Jalandhar and Pathankot respectively. The death of another coronavirus patient has taken tally of the dead people to 18.
Till date, recovery has been reported in 72 cases, while 218 people are still battling with this deadly virus.
Meanwhile, it is learnt that the Punjab government is going to explore the possible ways for lifting lockdown in Punjab. A 20 member committee is expected to submit its report to Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh today.
