:dateline:On the complaint of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee�s Freedom Fighter Cell chairman Harmohinder Grover, the Punjab police have registered a case against Republic TV�s journalist Arnab Goswami for promoting disharmony, imputation and using derogatory remarks against Congress president Sonia Gandhi.�
An FIR No. 63 has been registered under sections 153-A, 153-B, 295-A, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and section 67 of IT Act in Police station No. 2 of Abohar.
It is pertinent to note here that Arnab Goswami has accused Congress’ national president Sonia Gandhi of orchestrating attack on him. He has claimed that he was attacked by two men while on his way to his Worli residence in the early hours today.
