CHANDIGARH, Punjab—The tally of coronavirus positive cases appeared to have crossed 200 mark with confirmation of four more cases in Jalandhar and three in Ludhiana. Yesterday, the total count of coronavirus positive cases was 197 out of which only 29 could recover and have been discharged from Hospitals.
The tally of coronavirus positive cases in Jalandhar has now reached 35 with confirmation of today’s four new cases. It is learnt that the new four cases of Jalandhar had proximity with a positive patient confirmed earlier and a child of one and half year is also among them.
Similarly, three more cases of coronavirus have been confirmed positive in Ludhiana. These three cases include the wife, gunman and a sub-inspector of an ACP rank officer found positive earlier.
