NEW DELHI, India—The DSGMC president Manjinder Singh Sirsa has appealed the Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh to immediately take out more than 300 people stuck at Gurdwara Majnu Ka Tilla for the last four days.
In a video uploaded over social media, Manjinder Singh Sirsa has said that these people had reached Gurdwara Majnu Ka Tilla by foot during the past days and they are being provided all kinds of facilities including food.
“Some of them have a fever as well as a cough problem so they needed to be checked with immediately so that any untoward incident could be controlled,” he informed.
Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that he took up the issue with Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh via Twitter, but no action has been taken yet. “This is an extremely serious and sensitive issue, so the Delhi and Punjab government need to act immediately in this concern,” he added.
