VIDEO: Senior DMCH Doctor suggests people to stay home quarantined

LUDHIANA, Punjab—Dr. Harpal Singh, who is working as a professor of orthopaedics in DMCH Ludhiana, has advised the common masses to stay quarantined in their homes to curb the community spread of coronavirus. 

In a video message shared via Sikh24, Dr. Harpal Singh has revealed that the coronavirus spread in droplets so it is necessary for everyone to cover mouth while coughing or sneezing and washing hands after it.

“The coronavirus can survive on a solid surface for upto eight hours and get transferred to the person whosoever touches this surface,” he says while adding that the coronavirus usually takes 2 to 14 days to show its symptoms in the patient.
