Police cracks Tarn Taran robbery case; 16.6 million recovered from 6 arrested robbers

:dateline:Cracking the robbery occurred at Dera Kaar Sewa Tarn Taran on February 24, the police have arrested all the six men and has also recovered 16.6 million looted from them. It is learnt that the Tarn Taran police have recovered 11.3 million of the total looted amount while the rest amount has been recovered by the Amritsar police.

Disclosing the development, Punjab DGP Dinkar Gupta informed that the police have cracked this case very shortly with the help of extensive research, intelligence inputs and technical analysis. He congratulated the Tarn Taran SSP Dhruv Dahia and his team, along with the Amritsar Police Commissionerate for their outstanding work in cracking the case in such a short span.

The accused have been identified as Sukhwinder Singh, Tarsem Singh, Balwinder Singh, Sukhchain Singh, residents of Amritsar district, and Satnam Singh and Ravi, residents Tarn Taran district.
