Interacting with media, Sonia Sidhu said that she has been elected as a parliamentarian in Canada due to the blessings of great Sikh masters. �Prayers offered at Sri Harmandir Sahib never go in vain and the spiritual strength that we obtain from sanctum sanctorum, simplifies every path,� she added.
SGPC�s chief secretary Dr. Roop Singh honored Sonia Sidhu with Siropao, memento and a set of religious books on this occasion. He expressed hope that Sonia Sidhu will keep on serving her society and will help the Punjabis who are migrating or have migrated to Canada in recent times. ��
