    THE SUBMISSION BEFORE YOU ALL RESPECTED,

    1. Former CM Beant Singh’s family must show liberal attitude towards the approved the commutation of Rajaona’s death sentence to life imprisonment as a humanitarian gesture on the 550th Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev by the Union Home Ministry of India.

    2. As, “The Union Home Ministry of India had approved the commutation of Rajaona’s death sentence to life imprisonment as a humanitarian gesture on the 550th Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev”. Congratulations and Thanks.

    3. To my mind, The Union Home Ministry of India did very rightly and justly by approving the commutation of Rajaona’s death sentence to life imprisonment as a humanitarian gesture on the 550th Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev;

    4. And do upheld by this gesture of humanitarianism-‘a belief in duty to help humanity; the philosophical doctrine holding that it is a human being’s duty to improve the lives of other people’, the principles of politeness, decorum, civility, morality, modesty, respectability, uprightness, integrity and honesty in the matter at this very delayed juncture as a ‘gesture on the 550th Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev’.

    5. MOREOVER, “THE CONVICTION-GUILT, SENTENCE IS THE DISCRETION OF A JUDGE AND A PRESIDENT (A GOVERNMENT) IN INDIA;

    6. BUT “THE PUNISHMENT IS NOT JUST INHUMAN, IT IS INTOLERABLE,” VERY RIGHTLY CONCLUDED AS IN THE DISCRETION OF A JUDGE AND A PRESIDENT (A GOVERNMENT) IN INDIA IN NUMBER OF CASES IN INDIA.

    7. The Sikh Vichar Manch considered always the act in the matter, was against the planned unbearable and inhuman crimes, cruelty etc committed against particularly Sikhs and the offence-act was no way for personal cause or personally against then CM Beant Singh in any manner.

    HENCE THE SUBMISSION BEFORE YOU ALL RESPECTED.
