:dateline:The SGPC president Gobind Singh Longowal today gave an invitation to the Himachal Pradesh CM Jai Ram Thakur for attending the main program pertaining to the 550th birthday celebrations of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji to be held in Sultanpur Lodhi on November 12. Notably, the SGPC is hosting this main program of the birthday celebrations at Guru Nanak Stadium, which is 100 meters away from Gurdwara Ber Sahib, in Sultanpur Lodhi.
Sharing the development with media, Longowal informed that the Himachal Pradesh CM Jai Ram Thakur has congratulated the entire Sikh community while terming the 550th birthday of Sri Guru Nanak Dev as an auspicious occasion and has promised to attend the celebrations.
It is noteworthy here that the SGPC president Gobind Singh Longowal is inviting prominent political personalities of India to attend the main program to be held at Gurdwara Sri Ber Sahib (Sultanpur Lodhi) on November 12 in commemoration of the 550th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Till date, he has invited the India�s PM Narendra Modi and chief ministers of several other states.
