TARN TARAN, Punjab—SAD (Amritsar) president Simranjit Singh Mann today paid a visit to Gurdwara Sri Tarn Taran Sahib to extend support to Karam Singh Bhoian who has been sitting on strike since April 1 seeking indictment of the demolishers of historic Darshani Deodi.
Interacting with the media on this occasion, Simranjit Singh Mann said that the Sikh community won’t let the SGPC and Kaar Sewa sect destroy this historic Darshani Deodi of Gurdwara Sri Tarn Taran Sahib.
Later, an SAD (Amritsar) delegation headed by Simranjit Singh Mann also submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner of Tarn Taran Sri Pardeep Sabharwal seeking indictment of the Darshani Deodi’s demolishers under criminal charges.
“We have given an ultimatum to the administration to take action against the guilty culprits by June 7 otherwise we will be forced to intensify our struggle,” Mann told the media after submitting a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner.
SAD (Amritsar) general secretaries Prof. Mohinder Pal Singh and Jaskaran Singh Kahan Singh Wala, Bhai Pritpal Singh Amritsar, Bhai Navdeep Singh Amritsar, Bhai Gursharan Singh Sohal, Bhai Mukhtar Singh Keedian, Bhai Gurdeep Singh Jawandpur, Bhai Balbir Singh Mundapind, Bhai Mohinder Singh Chutala, Bhai Harjit Singh, Bhai Harpreet Singh Gill, Bhai Ranjit Singh Thind, Bhai Gurmeet Singh Marhana, Bhai Lakha Singh Marhana, Bhai Mohinder Singh Chutala, Bhai Resham Singh Tarn Taran, Bibi Harjinder Kaur Khalsa etc. were present on this occasion.
ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਡੀ ਸੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੀਪ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸਭਰਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਦਰਸ਼ਨੀ ਡਿਊਢੀ ਜੋ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਢਹਿ ਢੇਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਮੋਰੰਡਮ (ਯਾਦ ਪੱਤਰ) ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
