CHANDIGARH, Punjab—The White Hill Studio and Chhattampir Productions are all set to release an animated movie named “Dastaan – E – Miri Piri” on June 5 which portrays the martyrdom of fifth Sikh master Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji and the wearing of two Kirpans Miri-Piri by the sixth Sikh master Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji. Notably, the great Sikh masters have been personified in this animated movie due to which a sharp outrage is likely to erupt among Sikhs with the release of this movie.
A trailer of this movie was released earlier this month, which depicts the personification of Sikh masters have been done on the tone of movie “Chaar Sahibzaade” in which the tenth Sikh master Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji was personified.
Bollywood singer Kailash Kher has sung the title song of this movie which has been written by the renowned Punjab lyricist Bir Singh. With this song, Kailash Kher has opened his account in religious as well as in Punjabi songs.
