:dateline:Keeping in view the ongoing school examinations in India, the SGPC appointed acting Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh has directed the Gurdwara committees to keep the volume of loudspeakers at low scale. He has ordered that the voice of loudspeakers should be limited up to Gurdwara Sahib premises during these days.
Interacting with media on March 5, Giani Harpreet Singh informed that the decision has been taken so that the students can concentrate on their study without any disturbance. “The former Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh had also issued an edict in this concern last year,” he added.
