Bir Devinder and Harinder Kahlon Join SAD (Taksali)

CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Wave in the favor of the Shiromani Akali Dal (Taksali) is getting robust day by day. Following the induction of former AISSF president Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad, the former deputy speaker of Punjab assembly Bir Devinder Singh and the former AISSF convener Harinder Singh Kahlon also joined the SAD (Taksali) on February 5. They joined the party in the presence of Ranjit Singh Brahmpura, Rattan Singh Ajnala and Sewa Singh Sekhwan at Jalandhar.

“I have joined SAD (Taksali) to help the veteran leaders in filling the vacuum in the current political scenario” Bir Devinder Singh said on this occasion.

Ranjit Singh Brahmpura said on this occasion that Badals had committed grave sins by forcing Akal Takht Jathedar to grant an unasked pardon to Sirsa cult chief and sparing the POlice cops responsible for killing two Sikh youths in Behbal Klan. He claimed that he along with Sekhwan and Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa kept raking up issues of Panthik matters with Badal, but he paid no heed.
