Etymology: Blend of sabh-hooň te (than all) + piaaraa from Sanskrit priyakaar (agreeable, doing a kindness) → Apabhransh piyaarya (dear) → Sindhi piaaro and Lahndi/Punjabi piaaraa (dear).
