The judge has set conditions which must be complied with in order to finalise and complete the bail process.Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur explains the exact conditions and the impact of this on Jaggi and others who have also been granted bail. We can confirm that Jaggi will still be detained in Nabha maximum security prison until he has been granted bail in all of the cases against him. In order to be released from prison on bail, Jaggi still has to be granted bail in 6 NIA cases and another case by Punjab police which was registered at Bagha Purana court in Moga. However, there are 2 further cases which Advocate Manjhpur believes Jaggi is to be formally arrested in which will further delay any release on bail.
