:dateline:Advocate HS Phoolka, who has successfully fought a more than three decade long legal battle against Sajjan Kumar, was felicitated by the BJP leaders on January 13. Although the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh was expected to honor Phoolka but he was not present at the moment. Union Minister Vijay Goel honored HS Phoolka on this occasion.
Lauding Phoolka�s for fighting more than three decades long legal battle against the 1984 Sikh genocide culprits, Vijay Goel said that Phoolka is a good person and that is why we are felicitating him. �The doors of the BJP are open for all good people,� Goel signified to Phoolka.
On being questioned about joining the BJP, Phoolka said that the BJP has always supported us in our fight for the 1984 Sikh genocide victims. However, he clarified that he will not join any political party.
