:dateline:Advocate HS Phoolka, who fought a long legal battle to bring the key perpetrator of 1984 Sikh genocide Sajjan Kumar to justice, laid Sri Akhand Path Sahib at Sri Harmandir Sahib on December 28 to thank Guru Sahib for facilitating justice to the victims of the 1984 Sikh genocide. The Akhand Path Sahib will be culminated today.
Interacting with media on December 28, Phoolka informed that the hearing of a similar case against Jagdish Tytler is due for January 31.
On being questioned about cases on the newly appointed Madhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath, Phoolka said that Kamal Nath couldn�t be indicted till date but now he would try to bring him to justice.
He welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court in denying the application of Sajjan Kumar seeking more time to surrender.
