Sarna threatening me to retract witness against Sajjan Kumar, says eyewitness Kohli

NEW DELHI, India—Harvinder Singh Kohli, who is an eyewitness against Sajjan Kumar in a case pertaining to the 1984 Sikh genocide, has revealed that the SAD (Delhi) president Paramjit Singh Sarna is continuously threatening him to retract his statement against Sajjan Kumar. He added that he approached the Delhi police in this concern, but the Police cops are also continuously ignoring his complaints.

Interacting with media, Harvinder Singh Kohli informed that he had even lodged a complaint against SAD (Delhi) president Paramjit Singh Sarna with the Delhi police but the latter didn’t register an FIR against Sarna. “I am being threatened continuously by Paramjit Singh Sarna after airing of my interview on a TV channel” he said.

It is pertinent to note here that Harvinder Singh Kohli’s witness against Sajjan Kumar will help in getting him held guilty in another 1984 Sikh genocide case by the Court. Kohli had testified against Sajjan Kumar in March this year.

Harvinder Singh Kohli is an eye witness of the murders of his father Sohan Singh, his brother in law Avtar Singh and neighbor Gurcharan Singh by the Hindu mob led by Sajjan Kumar during the Sikh genocide.
