Expelled Akali Leaders Are Constituting New Political Front to Help Congress, says SAD (Badal)

:dateline:Reacting to the announcement of forming a new Shiromani Akali Dal by Ranjit Singh Brahmpura, Sewa Singh Sekhwan and Ratan Singh Ajnala, the Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) has said that the trio leaders were playing in the hands of Congress.

In a press note released on December 2, SADs senior vice presidents Nirmal Singh Kahlon and Gulzar Singh Ranike stated that the new political front to be constituted by the trio expelled Akali leaders will be a “Congress Front” in itself.

Taking on the trio expelled leaders for their claim about waging a fight against nepotism, the duo Akali leaders have questioned what were their sons doing during their press conference on December 2. They claimed that the trio expelled leaders have already declared their sons as their political descendants.

Terming the trio leaders of opportunistic nature, the duo leaders have stated that the Shiromani Akali Dal didnt leave any coin unturned in honoring these leaders. The SAD had given Sekhwan almost Punjab Cabinet rank by appointing him as a chairman of Punjab State Education Technical Board despite losing assembly elections they added.

Duo of them also recalled an incident from the past when Ranjit Singh Brahmpura had depicted an opportunistic approach by joining Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) in 1990s.
