Message: There are various forms of worship and devotion. However, seeking and cherishing the Truth should be our goal and yearning. Truthfulness is the foundation of all the virtues of humanity. Only by cultivating a love for Truth and leading one�s life truthfully, can one attain true happiness and peace. Mere physical or external practices (rituals or pilgrimages to shrines, etc.) are of little or no help.
