Annual Dasvandh Week To Take Place From November 9 to 18

:dateline:In a press release, Dasvandh Network announced the dates for this year’s Dasvandh Week.

“Dasvandh Week is our opportunity as a community to continue supporting the work of Sikh activists. From�November 9th to the 18th, we will be matching donations made on DVN until our matching fund is exhausted,” noted the press release.

Project owners have until October 25th to submit new projects or to make amendments to existing listings. Dasvandh Network also announced a brand new look for its portal – including a much robust interface for project administrators.

Dasvandh Network website has a large listing of non-profit projects being run by members of the Sikh community worldwide. Over the years, donors at Dasvandh Network have helped feed individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Michigan, funded medical care to Sangat members in California, and provided opportunities for growth, development, and networking of Sikh educators throughout the country.

Dasvandh Week is an annual fundraising event by�The Dasvandh Network�to promote and support panthik projects. It’s an opportunity for everyone to give their ten percent and help spread their generosity.�

During the Dasvandh Week, Dasvandh Network matches your donations, with some limitations which are announced typically the day before Dasvandh Week launches. Dasvandh Network has distributed over $560,000 alone last year to Sikh organizations.
