Contemplate the Divine, the ever-true Divine.
They, who have come to know the Divine with the help of the Guru’s Word, realised that the whole creation is created from the Divine. -Guru Ram Das Sahib, Guru Granth Sahib, 82

Message: Through the practice of reflection, contemplation and meditation on the wisdom given by our Gurus, we become overtly conscious of the Divine within us and that He is all-pervading He is the creator of all.

As we feel this pervading presence, our conscious mind becomes aware of this presence as a support and a saviour. We begin to have faith that no matter what our problems are, we will be able to overcome them with Him around us. He is the Creator – who better can there be – to help us resolve our difficulties?

Through this understanding comes enlightenment.

Etymology: From Sanskrit from dhyai (to think, to contemplate).
