CHANDIGARH—Interacting with media today, the stalwart Akali parliamentarian Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa put the entire responsibility of exonerating Gurmeet Ram Rahim on SGPC appointed Takht Jathedars. He suggested the decision taking factors of Shiromani Akali Dal to remove Giani Gurbachan Singh from the temporal post of Sikhism.
Commenting on the re-appointment of Giani Gurmukh Singh as a head granthi of Sri Akal Takht Sahib, Dhindsa said that the SAD is facing objection on this move internally as well as externally.
Dhindsa also openly took on Badal for sidelining the stalwart Akali leaders while suggesting him to give preference to the veteran Akali leaders.
Terming the Police action on protesting Sikhs at Kotkapura as a fallacious move, Dhindsa asserted that Badal didn’t order firing on protesting Sikhs at Kotkapura.
Although, it is being considered that the SAD president Sukhbir Badal has brought forth the stalwart Akali leaders to reinstate the lost glory of SAD among Sikh masses but the way in which these stalwart leaders are speaking against the Badal clan, it gives an impression like everything was normal in SAD.
Let us get rid these old …..there is no use for them or their opinion.
