:dateline:The 281st martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed Bhai Mani Singh was observed with devotion by the SGPC on July 9. A religious program in this concern was organized at Gurdwara Manji Sahib Diwan Hall.
Following the culmination of Sri Akhand Path Sahib, the Raagi Jatha of Bhai Shaukeen Singh delighted the present Sikh devotees with melodious Kirtan. Bhai Sultan Singh performed �Ardas� on this occasion.
After reading the sacred �Hukamnama�(order of the Almighty Lord), Bhai Harmittar Singh apprised the Sikh masses about the great life of Shaheed Bhai Mani Singh and his contribution for the high spirit of Sikhism.
Following this, the Dhadi and Kavishar Jathas addressed the life tales of Shaheed Bhai Mani Singh to the program attendees.
SGPC appointed Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh and SGPC president S. Gobind Singh Longowal were also present on this occasion. ���
