:dateline:Exactly after 14 days of registering an FIR against five Sikh youths for punishing the Bachhaudi sacrilege culprit, the Ludhiana police today two Sikh youths named Amaninder Singh and Mandeep Singh before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class in Ludhiana. Notably, the Ludhiana jail authorities had brutally thrashed these Sikh youths on June 22.
Appearing for Amaninder Singh and Mandeep Singh, Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur apprised the Court about inhumane torture committed by the Ludhiana jail staff on these Sikh youths. He told the Court that the Jail staff broken the left foot of Harsimrandeep Singh alias Simma (Behbal Klan) and left hand�s finger of Gurpreet Singh Gopi.
Seeking medical checkup of all the five Sikh youths brutally beaten up on June 22, Advocate Manjhpur also told the Court that the Ludhiana jail authorities were deliberately not presenting Harsimrandeep Singh and others before the Court.
After hearing the arguments of Advocate Manjhpur, the Court immediately ordered to conduct medical examination of Amaninder Singh and Mandeep Singh before taking them back to jail. The Court also directed the Police to present their medical report as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, it is learnt that the Court has also directed the Ludhiana Jail authorities to present another three Sikh youths namely Harsimrandeep Singh Simma, Gurpreei Singh Gopi and Simarjeet Singh tomorrow.
