BREAKING: Sikh Delegation Blown Up in a Bomb Blast in Afghanistan; 12 Sikhs Dead

:dateline:In an extremely unfortunate incident occurred today, a Sikh delegation has been blown up in a suicide bomb attack in Jalalabad in eastern Afghanistan. The Sikh delegation comprising political and religious leaders had gone there to meet the president Ashraf Ghani.

As per available information, the bomb blast left 19 people dead out of which 12 are Sikhs while the other 7 are Hindus. Another 20 people also got injured in this bomb attack.

The attacker struck a market located hundreds of meters from the provincial governor�s compound where Ghani was holding meetings, governor spokesman Attaullah Khogyani told the media.

There were scenes of anguish at the hospital where grieving relatives wept and hugged each other as they waited for news of their loved ones.

�It is over for us, we are finished, they have massacred us, at least 12 of us,� a man told media, too upset to give his name.

Sikh24 has confirmed from reliable sources that the upcoming Sikh parliamentarian S. Avtar Singh Khalsa was a part of this delegation and got dead.

It is pertinent to note here that only 1000 Sikhs are currently living in Afghanistan as thousands of Afghan Sikhs had to emigrate due to war ravaged conditions of Afghanistan.�

  1. All suicide bombers are going to HELL, if they think killing the innocent will bring them to heaven they are wrong, they are DEVIL worshipers.
