1984 Sikh Genocide: Sajjan Kumar Undergoes Lie Detection Test at CFSL

:dateline:On the directions of Court, Congress leader Sajjan Kumar underwent a lie detection test on May 30 at the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) situated in CGO complex on Lodhi Road of Delhi. Sajjan Kumar is a key culprit of 1984-Sikh genocide who is at large even after three and half decades of committing barbaric act of massacring innocent Sikhs in Delhi.

It may be recalled here that a Delhi based Metropolitan Court of Magistrate Santosh Kumar had issued directions on May 14 for conducting a lie detection test of Congress leader Sajjan Kumar on May 30 in connection with two cases pertaining to 1984 Sikh genocide. The move had come after Sajjan Kumar agreed to undergo Lie Detection Test.

Sajjan Kumar is facing two cases pertaining to Sikh genocide registered in the Police stations of Janakpuri and Vikaspuri of West Delhi. The complaint in Janakpuri police station pertains to the killing of two Sikhs, Sohan Singh and his son-in-law Avtar Singh, on November 1, 1984.

Meanwhile, the DSGMC president S. Manjit Singh GK has claimed that this was the result of his efforts. He expressed hope that the culprits of 1984-Sikh genocide will be brought to justice at the earliest. �We have been fighting for justice for 35 years. The lie-detector test on Sajjan is the first result,� he said.

  1. Whow Justice served Mr Sajjan Kumar takes lie detector test. What is value of life of a Sikh While Govt spends crores of rupees to provide security for this man.
