:dateline:The state government of Haryana has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the death of Bhai Gurbakhsh Singh Khalsa. Notably, Bhai Khalsa had sacrificed his life by jumping from a water tank of his native village on March 20.
A government official on April 3 told the media that the District Magistrate of Kurukshetra Dr. S.S. Phulia has assigned the duty of conducting probe into Bhai Khalsa�s death case to Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Shahbad.
It is pertinent to note here that the District Magistrate had earlier declared Bhai Gurbakhsh Singh Khalsa�s death as suicide but the eye witnesses of incident and Bhai Khalsa�s family members had said that the Police cops forced him to jump from water tank.
On the demand of Bhai Gurbakhsh Singh Khalsa�s family members, the District Magistrate of Kurukshetra has ordered a magisterial probe to bring forth the real circumstances in which Bhai Khalsa jumped from the water canal. ���
