Jaggi again on 5 days Police remand; Hardeep Singh Shera & Ramandeep Singh sent to Nabha jail

LUDHIANA, Punjab—Bhai Hardeep Singh Shera and Bhai Ramandeep Singh, alleged sharp shooters of serial murders in Punjab, were today produced before the Mohali based NIA Court of Additional Session Judge Anshul Berry in an FIR No. RC-18/2017/NIA/DLI pertaining to murder case of RSS leader Ravinder Gosain.

It is learnt that a third accused Pahar Singh was also produced before the Court on this occasion. Pahar Singh is accused of supplying weapons to Hardeep Singh Shera and Ramandeep Singh.

The NIA team did not seek extension in the police remand of these accused so trio of them were sent to the Maximum Security Jail of Nabha by the court.

Scottish Sikh youth Jagtar Singh Johal was also presented in the Ludhiana Court where he was sent him to judicial custody. He was presented in a case pertaining to incident of firing over a RSS branch in Ludhiana.

Later, the Ludhiana police again presented him before the Court Magistrate Indu Bala and sought 10 days Police remand in Amit Sharma murder case. But the Magistrate sanctioned five days remand instead of 10.
