GURDASPUR, Punjab—As per latest updates, the President of Gurdwara Chhota Ghallughara of Kahnu Chhanb (Qadian) was brutally thrashed in the evening hours of October 23 by activists of ‘Gurdwara Bachao Sangharsh Committee’. Master Johar Singh’s turban came off from his head and his clothes were torn apart during his scuffling by the attackers.
Sources have informed that the activists of Gurdwara Bachao Sangharsh Committee attacked Master Johar Singh at his residence situated inside the premises of Gurdwara Chhota Ghallughara. He was brutally brought down the stairs by the assailants as he was thrashed.
It is pertinent to note here that Master Johar Singh led Management Committee of Gurdwara Chhota Ghallughara is facing wrath of Sikh masses after the catching of its General Secretary Boota Singh in an intimate position with a woman inside the Gurdwara premises.
Although the SGPC appointed Takht Jathedars had excommunicated Boota Singh for his immoral activities but Master Johar Singh was asked to appear before Sri Akal Takht Sahib. Master Johar Singh had refused to appear before SGPC appointed Takht Jathedars due to which the SGPC has banned his entry into the sanctum sanctorum Sri Harmandir Sahib.
These people must be jailed for assaulting.
