413th Anniversary of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Celebrated in Gurdwara Panja Sahib

HASAN ABDAL, Western Punjab, Pakistan— Following the basic Nanakshahi calendar, the 413th installation ceremony of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji was celebrated at Gurdwara Sri Panja Sahib (Hasan Abdal, Western Punjab, Pakistan) with much devotion and fervor on September 4.

Following the culmination of Sri Akhand Path Sahib, a turban tying competition, ‘Dastar Mukabla 2017’, was held with the support of the Pishawari Singh Sewa Society. The winners of the competition were honored with awards and medals. A free medical camp was also organized during the celebrations.

Many Sikh preachers delivered religious discourse celebrations continued throughout the day.
