Sirsa Cult Disciples Return To Sikhism

TALWANDI SABO, Punjab—Shortly after the Sirsa cult chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim was held guilty of rape, some Sirsa cult disciples who once had quit Sikhism have begun returning back towards the Sikh fold. Sirsa cult chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim has been handed a 10 years sentence for two rape cases and the Court has clarified that he would have to serve this sentence for each, so totaling 20 years.

The family of a deceased Sirsa cult disciple, Hari Singh, who was killed on August 25 in the violence that erupted in Panchkula after Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s guilty verdict, returned back to the fold of Sikhism on yesterday. After consigning the dead body of Hari Singh to flames on August 28, his sons Rajpal Singh and Gurmeet Singh reached at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib to pay obeisance and met the SGPC appointed Jathedar of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh.

The two sons of Hari Singh expressed their will to return back to Sikhism and perform the last rites of their father as per Sikh traditions. They asked the Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh to allow them to take the Holy Scripture of Sri Guru Granth Sahib to their home so that they could commence an Akhand Path Sahib for the spiritual relief of their father’s departed soul.

Giani Harpreet Singh accepted their request and directed the SGPC member S. Mohan Singh Bangi to allow them to take the Holy Scripture of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji to their home so that they could begin the Sri Akhand Path Sahib.

  1. Will these blind, rabid followers of the dirty, murky Sirsa bogus god-man, be bringing their same low-level attitudes and mindsets with them when they enter into Sikh society?

obviously yess and tarnish the image of sikhi wherever they go … these fools should not be accepted

  2. Religions are like clothes these days. Anybody can take em off or put them on whenever they feel like. It’s a good thing that they came back but the bad thing is. We don’t know how changed are they and their thinking and behaviour.

  3. Will these blind, rabid followers of the dirty, murky Sirsa bogus god-man, be bringing their same low-level attitudes and mindsets with them when they enter into Sikh society? Sikhi has no place or time for such flaws and dehumanising attitudes. They should think carefully and positively, before treading on the truth path of the game of true love. This path which is finer than a single hair, and sharper than a double-edge sword, is not for the faint-hearted, the unprincipled, the waivers, the holy man worshippers. It is the unique and special path for the ‘saint-soldier’ mind-set, who are a very few and far between. Their strength is in their qualities, not in their mass marauding numbers. Sirsa and others believe in overpowering other by their mass numbers. Sikhi believes in overpowering badness by sheer good qualities. As his Highness, Guru Gobind Singh jee (a true king based on kingly character and benevolence), whom this cheap, tacky Sirsa god-man tried to mimick, said:”I will make one strong enough to combat a 125,000.” This whole Sirsa saga has once again reveals the truth and justice of eternal Sikhi, over the transient false games of these fleeting god-men that are litterered all over the map of India. As one Panjaabi-Muslim veer once said, a heera will still shine even if it is thrown in the mud. Sikhi by its sheer good qualities will shine!!! Sikhi is the for the good and ethical.
