:dateline:Interim Jathedar of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib Bhai Dhian Singh Mand and Jathedar of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib Bhai Baljit Singh Daduwal (appointed by Sarbat Khalsa 2015) have said that the Indian government has always treated Sikhs as second class citizen of this country.

Jathedar Dhian Singh Mand said that the Sikh community has always contributed in majority whenever India had to face any challenge. ”Despite us acting as a protective shield of this country, the Indian state never respected the sacrifices made by Sikhs,” he added.

Citing the recent incident of beheading two Indian army men in Jammu by the Pakistani soldiers, Bhai Baljit Singh Daduwal said that neither the Chief Minister of Punjab nor any Union minister reached the cremation ceremony of Naib Subedar Paramjit Singh. He added that at the same time, presence of a Union minister was noticed in the cremation of Hauldar Prem Sagar of Uttar Pradesh who is a Hindu.

Expressing suspicion over the incident of beheading of these Indian Army men, Jathedar Daduwal said that the incidents needs to be probed internationally so that the truth of incident could come to fore.

President of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) S. Simranjit Singh Mann, S. Jaskaran Singh Kahan Singh Wala, Prof. Mohinderpal Singh, Bhai Iqbal Singh Tiwana etc. were also present on this occasion.

  1. One day the Indian army & other security forces will learn that corrupt politicians are misusing them against their own brothers, even killing them for their political motives, then there will be no person to stop their revolution.
Harish Sharma, you people are zero without the help of army & other security forces, respect them, don’t kill them tell your masters. You people are computer lions, but in the fields of war your pants get wet when a bullet slightly touches your ear, don’t play with army.

  2. SGPC should have an independent guard of honour for all Sikhs dying in the line of duty.
Also have a historical records maintained.

  3. Voices against injustice will roar from from every street of panjab especially & from whole India one day when dead spirits will awaken. Democracy is by the people & for the people, it’s not dictatorship. Human life is creation of The God, rulers just come & go. Mugals, Britishers, congress & next is those rulers who don’t understand the value of human life.

  4. Yes , for people who understand language of love they need chittar . We will keep on doing what ever in best interst of us . Wait for some time the voices like you will not come from India .

    • Mr Sharma Unless you understand the definition of human rights you have no right to comment on anything.

    • Harish Sharma, you are an unfit citizen of India and unfit global citizen, and a sinner – that describes you from your very comments made. You deserve no say in any human rights issue, as you do not have a clue of human rights and of God’s divine rights!!!

  5. Beheading of army men looks like the same as killing of police men in panjab by agencies, so that they become more cruel to Kashmiries as they did with sikhs. Kill a generation of youth so that people don’t raise their voices for years & the government can tell people now there is peace as they did in panjab. For rulers the value of human life is not more important than a vote. Mera Bharat maha……..?
