SGPC President convenes meeting ahead of releasing annual budget for 2017-18

AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab—President of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee Prof. Kirpal Singh Badungar on January 29 underwent a meeting with the SGPC Chief Secretary Harcharan Singh, Secretary Dr. Roop Singh , Avtar Singh, Additional Secretary Harbhajan Singh Manawa, Ranjit Singh, Sukhdev Singh Bhoora Kohna, Partap Singh, Diljit Singh Bedi and Bijai Singh to deliberate upon the budget of the supreme Sikh body for year 2017-18.

SGPC President asked all the SGPC officials to provide details of expenditures in all SGPC affiliated schools, colleges, printing presses, buildings and religious preachment.

Prof. Badungar also looked through the reports of ongoing SGPC projects submitted by secretaries and vice-Secretaries.  He passed necessary instructions to improve work efficiency of SGPC.

SGPC President told all the secretaries and vice-secretaries to bring transparency in their work and clarified that dizziness in work won’t be tolerated.

Last year, the SGPC had presented its annual budget of Rs 1,064.14 crore for the fiscal 2016-17 with focus on promoting education, health, social service and propagation of religion.

    It should have its principle that no one in Punjab has to do a

    1) “DEBT SUICIDE”
    2) ” Bail Out Punjab out of Debts ”
    3) Encourage Entrepreneurship

  2. They must use budget for opening new Gurudwara in every street of the world and along with it have

    1) High quality School
    2) Colleges like medical college,engineering college
    3) Law college ,commerce college, skill centre
    4) Flying schools .,shipping universities.,Transport schools.
    5) business schools
    6) Research labs

  3. SGPC working out budget as to how pay their puppet jathedars from the golaks and of course some hindu drawings brought to Harmandar Sahib…… They better hurry up before the election as if another party comes in these puppets will be long gone with Badal.
