NEW DELHI, India—In a message conveyed through his counsel Advocate Amar Singh Chahal, Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib (appointed by Sarbat Khalsa 2015) Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara has extended his thanks to the whole Sikh community for supporting the latest Sarbat Khalsa gathering.
Jathedar Hawara has said that by attending the Sikh congregation at Village Natt of Talwandi Sabo, crossing the police barricades, the Sikh masses have repeated the traditional Sikh principles, for which they are congratulated.
He has directed the Interim Jathedar Dhian Singh Mand and other Takht Jathedars to unite Sikh community on a common platform to tackle emerging challenges facing Sikhism.
Bhai Ji Jagtar Singh Hawara is always in Chardi Kala! so proud to be a Sikh! Thanks to brave Sikhs to join the Sarbat Khalsa regardless of what they had to face with the corrupt Punjab police surrounding them.
Sikh kaum is proud of you & all the Khalsa Fauj who fought & sacrificed their lives from 1978. On the part of Indian gov. this period was full of injustices, a black chapter of history which is still continuing; but on other hand when we think about Bhai. Ranjit. Singh, Babbar Khalsa, Sant Jarnai Singh ji, Gen. Subeg Singh & all the Khalsa Fauj who fought, Bhai Beant Singh, Bhai Satwant Singh, Bhai Sukha & Bhai Jinda, Dilawar Singh & thousands of Gursikhs those who fought as per the principals of Guru Sahib, our hearts fill with pride & thank Vaheguru that we are sikhs. All the sikh shaheeds & all the Khalsa fighters are Heere of the kaum & they will live in the hearts of sikh kaum forever.
And thank you jagtar Singh hawara for standing up for Sikhs and for continuing to be a Sikh hero! Indian government is very very evil and still illegally detained Sikh political prisoners for god knows how many years but thank you for all your hard work and also thank you to his lawyer for relaying the information to us! :)
