NIHAL SINGH WALA, Moga, Punjab—Addressing a rally of AAP activists named ‘Punjab Inqlab Rally’ at Nihal Singh Wala on November 22, Chief Minister of Delhi and National Convener of AAP, Sri Arvind Kejriwal, dared the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to publicize the black money and unnamed property owned by the ‘Badal clan’ and Captain Amarinder Singh. He said that if Modi will not publicize the black money of Badal and Captain within two months then the AAP will do it.
Accusing the former Chief Minister of Punjab and current Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee head Captain Amarinder Singh of immense corruption during his tenure from 2002 to 2007, Kejriwal said that Captain was bankrupt until 2002, before becoming Chief Minister of Punjab. He added that Captain did not having money for even white-washing his Moti Mahal (in Patiala) but after becoming Chief Minister of Punjab he performed immense corruption and collected so much black money that he had to transfer it to Swiss banks in his wife’s and son’s names.
Presenting two Swiss bank account numbers during his discourse, Kejriwal claimed that the two accounts were of Captain’s wife Preneet Kaur and their son Raninder Singh in which they had deposited large amounts of black money.
Kejriwal further added that after Captain Amarinder Singh, the Badal clan started looting the Punjab and Punjabis by taking over the sand, grindstones, transport, Cable network, Hotel Industry etc. in the form of mafia hoodlums. He also accused the Badals for promoting drugs in Punjab to generate revenues worth billions, to be utilized during elections.
“Captain and Badals have looted Punjab jointly that is why they have blocked corruption cases against each other which were registered to befool Punjab masses” he added.
Terming the Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia as a kingpin of the Drug mafia, Kejriwal said that Captain Amarinder Singh had saved Majithia from a CBI probe which tells a lot about his joint-venture with Captain and Badals in looting Punjab.
He claimed that if AAP succeeds in forming a government in Punjab after 2017 assembly polls, special clinics will be opened in every village of Punjab where medical tests and medicines will be made available free of cost to common masses. He added that the Drug trade in Punjab will be stopped within a month and all drug dealers ranging from peddlers to manufacturers will be put behind bars.
Lashing out at Captain Amarinder Singh for attracting youth by distributing smart phones, Kejriwal said that Captain was trying to bribe the youth of Punjab by making them corrupt for his own vested interests. He said that if AAP will succeed in forming government in Punjab, the youth in Punjab will be employed after which they would be able to buy 100 smart phones with their own money.
Slamming Badal for remaining unsuccessful in getting anything special for Punjab from Modi despite becoming ‘his bootlicker’, Kejriwal said that AAP will fight for the rights of state in every manner if Punjab masses will choose them in 2017.
