:dateline:Speaking with Sikh24 on November 7, the newly elected President of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee Kirpal Singh Badungar said that sorting out the divergence among Panthik bodies and the SGPC will be his main priority. �”Through my tenure, I am going to work with Panthik organizations and build their trust within the SGPC. �I know this will be a tough job,” KS Badungar told Sikh24.
“Differing�views within the Sikh community was not new, however increasing�clashes caused by these divergences are harmful,” he said.
SGPC President�Badungar said that he will try to mend relations with Sikh bodies and will make efforts to unite organizers of Sarbat Khalsa on a common platform along with other Sikh masses.
On being questioned about the statewide serial desecration incidents in Punjab, he said that the incidents were unfortunate. �”I will reach out to Sikh masses to seek their support to prevent occurrence of such incidents in future,” he added.
Lashing out at Congress for terming him a product came out of Sukhbir Badal�s envelope, Badungar said that the Congress needs to look within itself as even their minor decisions comes from High command sitting in Delhi. Claiming his election for the top post of Supreme Sikh body as per Sikh tenets, Badungar said that there was nothing political in his election.

I request the new SGPC chief to get rid of RSS ideology from from Sikh way of life and Sikh gurudwaras first. Appoint Akal Takht chief as somebody in the foots step of Akalis Baba Phula Singh after getting rid of stooges of government. Impress upon Punjab and other governments to make teaching of Sikh history compulsory in all schools. Make SGPC independent of political influence. Form Sikh parliament by getting appointing Sikh intelligentsia from different countries from world over.
He is not capable of uniting, he is under the supervision of those who are supporting a corrupt system, they are partners of those who attack the Sikh faith and the Sikh Culture every day around the globe, it is their game and plan, wearing a Turban, Beard and Kara does not make a descent Sikh of the Guru….but as always STAY in CHARDIKALA.
How can someone bring about change and reach out the Sikh masses if they themselves are working out under the Badals? SGPC is not free of the badals we cannot expect anything other than what is already happening.
