:dateline:In a press note shared with Sikh24, General Secretary of Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar�s District unit Bhai Jarnail Singh Sakhira informed that interim Akal Takht Jathedar Bhai Dhian Singh Mand, Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala and Bhai�Baljit Singh Daduwal were ready to take actions against culprits of Bargari incident. Notably, the trio were appointed as Takht Jathedars during Sarbat Khalsa 2015 event.
Bhai Sakhira informed that despite numerous warnings issued by Takht Jathedars, the Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal didn�t submit the investigation report regarding the tragedy that occurred at Bargari last year.
He has said that the Jathedars had sought suggestions from the worldwide Sikh masses about the type of action needed to be taken against culprits of Bargari incident and the Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Badal.
“We have received a large number of suggestions from the worldwide masses and the Jathedars will take action against the responsible culprits in their next meeting,” reads the press note.
Sakhira�also said that the Jathedars will also address their decision about the change of Sikh Maryada during �Amrit Sanchaar� at Virginia (USA). �”Being a sensitive issue, the Jathedars will not take any hasty decision in this concern,” wrote Bhai Sakhira in the press note. �
