:dateline:A national convention has been called by United Akali Dal (UAD) leadership on September 9. �Notably, UAD’s leadership has invited rebel leaders like�Navjot Sidhu, Bains Brothers and Sucha Singh Chhotepur.
Bhai Mohkam Singh from the United Akali Dal told Sikh24 that the�National Convention has been called in Amritsar on September 9 to discuss against the rising corruption, drugs and increasing activities of Rashtriya Sikh Sangat in�Punjab. “We have contacted other Akali Dals such as Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar), Akali Dal (1920), and Akali dal (Sutantar) to join the convention,” he said.
Talking with Sikh24�s correspondent, Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda informed us that they invited all the pro-Punjab leaders like Navjot Sidhu, Bains Brothers and Sucha Singh Chhotepur to join the convention to deliberately find challenges in front of Punjab. He added that Kesri Tyagi of Janta Dal (United), Prashant Bhushan, Yogendra Yadav, and MP Dharamvir Gandhi will address the convention on September 9.
