1984 Sikh Genocide: DSGMC demands indictment of Kamal Nath under murder charges

NEW DELHI—In an eleven-page letter written to the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, DSGMC President Manjit Singh GK has demanded indictment of senior Congress leader Kamal Nath under murder charges.  DSGMC has stated that Kamal Nath was responsible for leading the mob who killed 2 Sikhs in Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib on November 1, 1984.

During the press conference, GK said that as per evidence that has come to the fore, a fresh FIR against Kamal Nath should be registered for assassinating two innocent Sikhs during 1984’s Sikh genocide.Manjit-Singh-GK-to-Kamalnath-1984

Addressing the media at Conference Hall of Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, Manjit Singh GK informed that he has tried to acquaint the Union Home Minister about the incident with reference of book written by senior journalist of vernacular newspaper Indian Express Sanjay Suri. He informed that Sanjay Suri had revealed in his book that the entire police personnel remained a mute spectator when the two innocent Sikhs were killed mercilessly by the Hindu mobs led by Kamal Nath.

Ruling out the claims being made by Kamal Nath of his innocence, Manjit Singh GK said that Sanjay Suri had also deposed before the Rang Nath Mishra and Nanawati Commission that Kamal Nath was present on the spot when two innocent Sikhs were killed mercilessly.  “Suri had also revealed that Police acted as a mute spectator during whole incident while two Sikhs were killed by mob,” he added.

“If the Union Home Minister doesn’t recommend registration of FIR against Kamal Nath, we will move the court,” GK told Sikh24 when asked about next course of action.  “During the incident, senior police officials including Gautam Kaul and Hukam Chand Jatav were present.  Even the CRPF jawans did not stop the mob as they were led by Kamal Nath,” GK alleged.

Sanjay Suri was in the limelight in 2015 when he claimed that over 3,000 Sikhs were killed in just three days in India’s capital, however no one was held responsible for the massacres.  In his book, Suri blames the Congress party for the looking and killings of the Sikhs.  He alleges that several Congress leaders were actively involved in organizing the mob and police force remained a mute spectator.

  1. MS , Keep it up, you can add another fact for these protectors of democracy who want to keep minorities as their slaves. Who sacrificed the most during emergency declared by their illustrious prime minister ( out of approx 140,000 arrested all over India approx 70,000 were Sikhs)

  2. Genocide happens because evil men convince good men to close their eyes and their mouths. Creation and destruction of nations done by INDIVIDUALS not paranoid delusional fictional EMPIRES. ‘1984 was trap laid out for us’. Us? You are still keeping up this absurd pretence that you are a Sikh?! You still can’t even get your head around the fundamental Sikh that Guru Granth Sahib Ji is our eternal living Guru and not some holy book so how can you try to pass yourself off as a fifth columnist Sikh? Have the courage of your RSS fascist convictions – not even the Nazi propagandists lowered themselves to such deceit as pretending to be Jewish as they tried to blacken the name of the Jewish nation. ‘Don’t get PROVOKED or REACT’? We should say and do nothing as you rip the flesh of our Guru and throw into the gutter? We should remain like sheep as police officers shoot us in the same street for daring to protest against such beadbi? Did you give this dont get provoked and react message to Udham Singh after Jallianwallah Bagh massacre? Shameful and hypocritical ingratitude after Sikhs have given you liberty.

  3. 1984 will happen if you try building Nations on your own or create chaos or anarchy in the world order.
Creation and destruction of Nations is done by “EMPIRE”
As for World order is also maintained by the “EMPIRE”

1984 was a trap laid out for us .
So don’t fall in it again if we want to avoid another GENOCIDE .
Presently the provocation is again taking place by desecration of Holy Books of different faiths and by targeted Killing.
    Don’t get PROVOKED or REACT.
It will make Punjab into another Iraq or Syria.

    • ‘1984 was a trap laid out for us ‘ As if you are a Sikh with your constant disrespect for our Guru, opposition to the teachings of Sikhi and hatred for even the visage of a Sikh in his proud dastaar and dardi. You are not of one of ‘us’ so stop pretending to be what you cannot be.

  4. Lets forget it – it was only the Sikhs! this is the largest democracy in the world! Justice has to be delivered by bringing those who roam the street freely whilst the families are destroyed. People who want this to be overlooked can by all means go and live on different planets or galaxies as they choose!!!!!!!

1984 main genociders are Indian state National hero’s as they Subdued the Sikh Nationalism. For Sikhs they will be regarded as one among the many people who have committed atrocities on Sikhs in there journey of life.

‘1984 main genociders are Indian state National hero’s as they Subdued the Sikh Nationalism.’ Well, there you have it from the horse’s mouth itself, RSS Harinder! Shabash! After all your pretence at being a Sikh or having brotherly kinship with Sikhs as fellow Indian citizens, you finally openly state who and what you stand for. In your belief those who murdered, raped and looted, committed genocide with full police, political and judicial approval and sanction are HEROES OF THE NATION?!!! Bhagat Singh and Udham Singh died for nothing if it has come to this. And your callous assertion that for Sikhs these genociders are just one of many who have committed such atrocities (and by inference therefore nothing to get particularly worked up about) let me tell you Sikhs remember in their daily prayers those who committed holocausts against us even hundreds of years ago. We will not forget the injustice of 1984 against Sikhs no matter how much you try it present it as a trifling matter of no account. In any society the accepted reality is what the Majority writes. The laws will be written keeping their well being in mind. How ever the minorities can always write what they think really happened and their part of story. 1984 will always have two versions the National version and the Sikh version.

‘In any society the accepted reality is what the Majority writes.’ Really? Then how do you explain the birth of Sikhi with Guru Nanak rejecting the repressive reality of the Mughal jihadism and Brahminism? Guru Gobind Singh did it again with his creation of the Khalsa in 1699. It does not matter if a majority of people are wrong, RSS Harinder, it only matters that you alone are prepared to stand up for right. And because of this Sikh ethos and the disproportionate sacrifices made by Sikhs inspired by it you have a free country to live in.
As a Sikh the only reality I am interested is TRUTH not fiction. I suppose that is why you are so able to still believe in flying monkey kings going on rescue missions to fight multi-headed demons in the 21st Century, because that is your ‘accepted’ reality. 1984 will only have ONE VERSION – the truth recorded by the testimonies of its victims in human rights accounts and books that present the OVERWHELMING evidence of the state sponsored pogrom against the Sikhs. This supposedly ‘National version of the truth’ you cling to in order to justify murder and rape of Sikhs is a lie and everyone knows it. What do you think Manmohan Singh, in his role as a puppet Prime Minister apologised for? But then again as a staunch RSS supporter you also have a science fiction warped alternative history that RSS assassin Nathuram Godse that murdered Mahatma Gandhi (founding father of the country) was somehow a nationalist and patriot! Same altered perception of truth and reality that allows you to try and claim uber Sikh Banda Singh Bahadur as one of your own recently. No doubt you think Adolf Hitler – font for the history altering fascist – was just misunderstood and maligned too?

  8. We need to learn the art of Chadi kala ,Forgiveness ,Resurrection , and keep moving on in life.
For 1984 to shall Pass. It was a bad and a Sad chapter in our Journey.
We need to move on in Journey of life to distant Planets and Galaxies by becoming SPACE FARING PEOPLE.

    • Chardi Kala does not mean c’est la vie (such is life) so Sikhs cannot just simply shrug off the genocide of their people or indeed the arbitrary murder of any peoples of India. We will NEVER forget the criminal conspiracy carried out in the name of the State no matter how much you continue to suggest that we do. Forgiveness can only come when true regret and repentence are actually sought from the guilty who have up till today instead opted for coded contriteness – the unsaid notion of collective punishment and the attempt to try and divert culpability to the Sikhs themselves – and protection from the State (witness the spectacle of Kamal Nath waving his clean CBI chit in his blood stained hands). I would remind readers you have yourself (as an agent for Hinduvta) made the following posts which clearly demonstrate that you do not have any genuine remorse for the atrocities committed against Sikhs, even suggesting that the historical record is open to ‘interpretation’! and are content for India’s unity to be undermined because common humanity and respect for civil liberties and human rights are against your fundamental principles which are to stratify people into caste system which permits and endorses discrimination, prejudice and violence in order to dominate others. I have reposted your previous posts and my replies (to which you had no answer) below.
